Hazel Hall Nursing Home was founded to provide exceptional 24-hour nursing care for older people in the heart of Clane, Co. Kildare, combining clinical excellence with the warmth and comfort of a true home. Over the years, we have grown from a small, dedicated team into a fully established nursing home, continuously investing in modern facilities, advanced care practices and staff training. There are 42 single bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has cable TV and an emergency call bell. There is a large communal dining room and a day room, chapel, hairdressing salon, and dementia care facility with a recreation and dining room.
There are two large gardens: the Courtyard Garden and the Abbey Sensory Garden which contains a model thatched cottage for reminiscence therapy. Hazel Hall is located directly beside UPMC Hospital and a short drive from Clane Village and Clane Primary Care Centre.
