care, services and therapies provided within Hazel Hall Nursing Home, which is located in Clane, Co Kildare, allowing you to make your prospective stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Established for over 35 years, Hazel Hall Nursing Home is
a quality-driven, private residential nursing home, owned
and operated by Samantha Boylan, who is Director of Operations and represents the Provider, Esker Property Holdings Limited.

Pauline Connolly, SEN SRN HeDIP NS, is Director of Nursing and Person In Charge. Bindhu Jose is Clinical Nurse Manager.

Hazel Hall Nursing Home provides full residential care, day
care, respite care, post-operative convalescence and
palliative care. Its team of Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Physiotherapy/Mobility, Activities and Ancillary staff provides care for low, medium, high and maximum dependency residents. It accommodates both male and female Residents, aged over 18, with the following care needs: General (Care of the Older Person), Dementia, Physical Disability, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury and Young Chronic Care.

Hazel Hall Nursing Home is a registered nursing home and is governed by the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA). It is a provider under the Nursing Homes Support (Fair Deal) Scheme and is approved by VHI Healthcare and other healthcare schemes for members who require a period of convalescence. Hazel Hall Nursing Home is a member of Nursing Homes Ireland.
